Orders can only be canceled by contacting us through our "Contact Us" page: https://www.thepoolfactory.com/contact-us

Freight orders placed on our site will be charged a $150 cancellation fee in the event a freight order is canceled during the "Processing" status. During this process we incur irreversible fees (Freight Orders include Swimming Pools, Heaters, and Pool Decks).

Freight Orders in the "Ready to Ship" status cannot be canceled as the freight order already shipped.

For all orders: Once your order has shipped we can no longer cancel the order. If you choose to refuse the delivery you will be responsible for all shipping cost and a 25% restocking fee.
