The Saltwater 8000 has a heavier frame including an 8-inch wide resin top ledge that is injection molded resin (the strongest type of resin for a pool ledge). The Saltwater 8000 pool is 54-inches high and features a decorative wall bolt cover.

The Saltwater 5000 has a 7-inch wide extruded resin top ledge and is a 52-inch high pool. Both are warranted for Saltwater use.
