What do I do if my pool arrives damaged or missing parts?

When your shipment arrives please check for obvious damage. If there is obvious damage, please make a note on the Bill of Lading when you sign and then contact us by phone or email. When you have a chance, check to make sure you have all the correct parts inside the boxes. This can be done at your convenience, but please do it a few weeks before you install the pool so in the event we need to ship you a part, you can still install your pool on schedule. If there are any issues please contact us and we will help you.
