Our Shipping Policy: To ensure that our items are delivered and received safely, a signature at the time of delivery will be required at the discretion of The Pool Factory.

If you will not be home during the day to receive a signature required package, then we suggest that you opt to have the package delivered to your place of business before completing your order.

The Pool Factory is unable to make any changes to the delivery address once an order is placed.

Your Shipment Confirmation email will tell you whether a signature is required. The carrier will make 3 delivery attempts before returning the items to The Pool Factory. If you are unavailable to provide a signature, The Pool Factory offers two easy options for you to receive your package.

• Option 1: You can authorize UPS to leave a package without signing by enrolling in UPS Delivery Manager.
• Option 2: You can request to hold the package for pickup at a UPS Store or CVS location.
