Will The Pool Factory reimburse customers who receive defective products?

If a product defect is a result of a manufacturing error, a free replacement of the defective product will be shipped to the customer based on the manufacturer’s warranty terms. If product testing results prove improper use and/or improper installation of the product, the customer will not be credited a refund.

Please Note: The Pool Factory does not cover the cost of labor/installation fees, cost of materials, wages lost, water loss, or any other charges that may accumulate as a result of the defective product.
