When your freight shipment arrives, please carefully inspect it for any visible damage and verify that the correct number of cartons have been delivered before signing the Bill of Lading.
Visible Damage or Missing Cartons: If you notice any visible damage or missing cartons, you must note these issues on the Bill of Lading before signing for the shipment. Once noted, please reach out to us through our Contact Us form so our customer service team can assist you.
Concealed Damage: Any damage that is not visible upon delivery must be reported within 72 hours of receiving your shipment. If you discover concealed damage within this timeframe, please submit a request through our Contact Us form.
Missing Parts or Components Inside the Cartons: We recommend opening your boxes and verifying that all parts and components are included within the cartons well in advance of your scheduled pool installation. Ideally, this should be done a few weeks before installation to allow sufficient time for any missing or incorrect parts to be shipped without delaying your project.
