To customers that live in the District of Columbia area follow these instructions to checkout on our website if you are current billing or shipping (or both) are in the D.C. area.

1. On the Cart Summary Page, select "Checkout with PayPal" button.
2. Next, either checkout using your "PayPal Account" or select "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" (see screenshot below).
3. Then you can complete your transaction.
