Parcel Orders
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a series of emails to keep you updated.
1. Order Shipped - Includes your tracking number. Enter this number into the Google search bar to track your package.
2. Order In-Transit – Notification when your package is on the move, with links to track your shipment and view your order on our website.
3. Order Out for Delivery – Notification that your package will arrive soon, with links to track your shipment and view your order on our website.
4. Order Delivered – Confirmation that your package has arrived, with links to view your order details on our website.
If you’re unable to track your package or have any questions, please reach out to us through our Contact Us form. Include your Order Number, available in your original Sales Order Confirmation email.
Freight Orders
When your freight order ships, you'll receive a Shipment Confirmation email providing detailed tracking information, including:
- Freight Carrier's Name
- Shipment Tracking Number (also known as a PRO number)
- Freight Carrier's Phone Number
To track your freight shipment, visit the freight carrier’s website provided in your email and enter your tracking number along with your ZIP code.
