For Parcel Orders
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will contain the tracking number for your Sales Order.
Enter the tracking number into the Google Search Bar to track the package. If you're unable to track your package, please use the Contact Us form on our website, be sure to include your Order # when submitting your request. Your Order # can be found on the Sales Order Confirmation Email that was sent at the time the order was placed.
For Freight Orders
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will contain the tracking information which includes:
- Freight Carrier's Name
- Shipment Tracking # (commonly referred to as a PRO #)
To track your shipment, please visit the Freight Carrier’s website and enter your tracking number and ZIP code.
