Freight shipments include swimming pools, pool decks, and heaters. All freight orders typically ship from our facility within 1 to 2 business days. We work with several of the largest freight carriers in the United States to deliver your order. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your freight carrier's name and a PRO number (tracking number).

Please allow 24 to 48 hours after your order ships for your PRO number to become active. Once active, you can track your shipment by entering the PRO number directly on the freight carrier's website or by contacting the carrier by phone.

If your order is shipping to a residential address, the freight carrier will contact you by phone to schedule a delivery appointment once your shipment arrives at the local destination terminal.

If your order is shipping to a business address, the freight carrier will deliver during normal business hours without contacting you to schedule an appointment.
