You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will contain the tracking information which includes:
- Freight Carrier's Name
- Shipment Tracking # (commonly referred to as a PRO #)
To track your shipment, please contact the Freight Carrier by calling their phone number and providing your tracking number (phone numbers provided in the table below).
- We typically ship all pool orders out 1-3 days after you place your order.
- Transit time for Freight Orders can vary depending on your location:
Northeast Region Shipments: 2-5 business days
Southeast Region Shipments: 4-10 business days
Midwest Region Shipments: 4-10 business days
Southwest Region Shipments: 5-10 business days
Rocky Mountain Region Shipments: 7-14 business days
Pacific Region Shipments: 7-14 business days
- Business days are Monday thru Friday. Delivery hours are usually 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (delivery time varies depending on the carrier).
- When the shipment arrives at your local terminal, the carrier will call you to make an appointment before making the delivery to your home.
- The trucking company will not call you if your order is shipping to a commercial address (business). They will deliver to your place of business during regular business hours Monday-Friday (Time may vary based on your location).
